STRATA PROPERTY MANAGER
Touchstone Property Management Ltd. is looking for an exceptional individual to fill the role of residential and commercial Strata Property Manager.
Experience required:
A minimum of 5 years experience in Strata Management is required.
Skill sets:
The applicant must presently reside in the lower mainland, have excellent management and people motivational skills, and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form.
The candidate should also possess the following:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize wisely
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of on-site building maintenance requirements
- Experience in creating property budgets, with a good understanding of financial statements
- Experience in dealing with vendors and contractors and familiar with the tendering process
- Professional appearance and conduct
Licenses:
- B.C. Real Estate Rental Property Management license
- B.C. Strata license
